Long History

The MV Barkoona was built in Goolwa South Australia from Tasmanian Huon Pine, as a river cruiser. She boasts an open top deck and rear deck, with a carpeted lower cabin. Lots of polished woodwork. This cruiser provides a great way to see the beauty of Melbourne Docklands and a small galley provides sumptuous food and drinks for the discerning diner. Barkoona is ideally suited for corporate events, birthday parties, bucks night, hens night, BBQ's, site seeing and general cruises for anywhere between 20 and 50 passengers. Our cruises run for approximately 3 to 4 hrs , where we take you along Melbourne Dockland's scenic waterways.for this memorable experience is an affordable price. Full catering is availble at a extra fee . We also cater for vegetarians and special needs (inc. Halal).
